Are the Ever Roses real roses?
Yes! Our entire line of roses are real, natural roses delicately cultivated from our very own flower farm.

What kind of maintenance do the flowers need?
Simply keep them away from direct sunlight and in a cool dry place, avoiding hot and humid environments for the best results. No watering required!

How do you get the roses to last a whole year?
After picking the plant at its peak growth stage, the rose is immersed in our proprietary organic liquid to preserve the flower’s fibre, slowing down the degradation process that would normally occur.

Can I take the flowers out of the box?
We do not recommend taking the roses out as they are secured inside and can be easily damaged.

What is your return policy?
If the product is damaged, please email us immediately to organise a replacement.

How long is delivery?
As each flower arrangement must be meticulously arranged, please allow 1-2 days to ready your order. Delivery via AusPost then usually takes around 2-3 days for metropolitan areas and 3-5 days for regional areas.
